Is the Fibre line included in the price?

Our fibre services are in combo. The price includes both your data and your line rental.

How long will it take to get connected?

Connection ETA depends on the turnaround for your line  installation and activation. General turn arount time is 2-3 weeks. Once the line is installed in your premises it can take up to 5 days for the provider to activate your line. As soon as your fibre line is active, you can be connected within 24 hours.

Will I have to pay a setup fee?

With ISP Solutions fibre you can get free installation and connection, and a free fibre ready WiFi router - all valued up to R5000. Selected providers  only offer free installations and others offer these options as promotions from time to time. We will advise you if installation fees apply or not. Please also note that the install fee only covers the first 30 metres of trench should trenching be required. *T's & C's apply.

Upgrade, downgrade or cancel

We allow upgrades and downgrades of fibre speeds up until 5pm on the last day of the month. Keeping in mind that fibre speed upgrades are solely dependent on the provider. To cancel, we need just one calendar months' notice. If you are still in the promo period of 6 months, then it's one month's calendar notice and R999 early cancellation fee.

Still need a landline number?

We have the most amazing digital lines plus you can take your number anywhere in the world. If you have fibre, then you can cancel your landline rental and simply port your number across. The easiest way is to just port your number and all services automatically cancels upon porting on that account. Our amazing digital lines also work perfectly on mobile phones allowing you even more freedom to move. Making calls to other numbers on our network is free and calls to other numbers are at a fraction of the cost.

How do I port my number?

You'll need to supply us with a copy of your Telkom telephone bill (please note that your account needs to be settled, or Telkom will not release your number) and an authorization letter which we will supplied to you to be signed by you and needs to be on a letterhead of a business (if you port a business line).

Do you have a physical office I can visit?
